The "Terra Nova" guest house is located in the outskirts of Brezoi, a town in the north of Valcea county, in the largest intra-carpatic depression known as Lovistei country (Terra Lovysth), at the confluence of the river Lotru, from where the valley of Lotru opens up.

History

Finished in 2012, Terra Nova is an ideal place for a vacation or just escaping city life. Stretched over an area of 3400 square meters, consisting of the pension itself, an enclosed gazebo, children playground, mini football field (volleyball, tennis), parking, the guest house offers accommodation and meals in a new building, with a special architecture that combines features of the area (wood and stone) with modern materials (glass and wallpaper).
Our staff speaks these languages: Romanian, English, German, French.

Program

Mondays - Sundays: 09:00 - 21:00 (including phone reservations.
Starting with 21:00 we no longer answer phone calls and we do not reply to e-mails)
Daily cleaning program: 12:00 to 16:00

Food serving program:

Breakfast: 09:00-11:00;
Lunch: 14:00-16:00;
Dinner: 19:00-21:00

Check In

Starting with 16:00 up to 21:00
For checking in before 16:00, we charge an additional 100 lei tax.
If you arrive later than usual, please let us know by calling us on the phone at 0757763499/Mihaela Popa.

Check Out

Maximum check-out time is 12:00.
If you intend to leave past the check-out hour, you MUST confirm with the reception if the late check-out is possible.
For checking out after 12:00, an extra tax is perceived, as follows:

between 12:00 - 16:00, 50% from the full room rate;
after 16:00, the entire double room rate for a night

The guests are kindly asked to observe the check-in and check-out hours, and may ask for a modification of these hours if it's possible, as such as the request may be fulfilled for free. If you have special requests, such as getting a room with a view of the river Lotru, a fee of 100 lei/zi will be applied.

The personal receiving and discussions with the owners, the warm and friendly atmosphere, delicious Romanian Food, state of the art Hotel 100% clean tidy and in order, quite Location in the centre of Romania ideal for Hicking and sighthseeing. the stay exceeded all our expectations. The Hotel includes a big parking and very large green spot for sports and recreation.

Starting from the location which is conveniently located near the main road, down to the little details, we absolutely loved this location and the pleasant interaction with the owners. The location features a nice yard complete with little football court, nice outdoor and recreation area. The villa, has a very nice passtime area downstairs, next to the bar with a fireplace and big windows that are perfect for admiring the views outside. there is also a restaurant area and a bar. The room itself was just perfect with a nice little balcony and a big bed. The bathroom featured a rooftop window and interesting wooden sink and finishes. Overall we were very satisfied and quite honestly surprised by the pleasant experience. We would like to be back sometime.

The family owners are extremely kind and hospitable. The food all home cooked including home made jam. The spring water like wine to drink. Very good value. Close to the two famous Romanian HIGH MONTAIN highways.
